The seventh grade class l enjoyed an educational and exciting field trip to the Akron Zoo last month, thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Middle School MVP Program. Accompanied by enthusiastic parent chaperones, the students engaged in a day filled with learning and fun.
The highlight of the visit was an educational scavenger hunt organized by the dedicated seventh grade teaching staff. Students eagerly explored the zoo, searching for specific animals and exhibits while answering questions related to their curriculum. This interactive activity not only reinforced their classroom knowledge but also fostered teamwork and critical thinking.
Throughout the trip, the students demonstrated our District's Core Values, showcasing respect and responsibility as they navigated the zoo grounds. Their conduct was praised by both zoo staff and chaperones, reflecting the positive values instilled by our school community.
A heartfelt thanks goes out to the Middle School MVP Program for making this enriching experience possible, and to the parent chaperones for their invaluable support and participation. It's a great time to be a G-Man!
Go G-Men!
